Common Process (All Classes of certificate):

  1. Register Online → Create Customer Identification Number (CIN), complete application.
  2. Receive Application → Auto-generated PDF, print & sign, attach required documents.
  3. Make Payment → Cash deposit at Bank Asia (Account: Mango Teleservices Ltd, No. 02-836000024).
  4. Submit Documents → Send to Mango RA office (82, Mohakhali C/A, 12th floor, Dhaka) or nearest RA officer.
  5. Check Status → Processing time: 5–7 working days. Notification via email/SMS. Status available in “My Account.”
  6. Verification → RA verifies ID/passport and supporting docs. Physical presence may or may not be required.
  7. Completion → Certificate issued after successful verification. Mango CA reserves right to reject incomplete/invalid applications.
