For Private and Public Limited Companies (Notarized copy required):

  • Two copies of passport size photograph of the Authoritative Signatory
  • Certified true copy of Memorandum of Association & Article of Association duly signed or authenticated at each page by the Managing Director/Chairman
  • Certified copy of incorporation
  • Resolution of the Board of Directors for opening & operation of digital certificate, duly attested by the Managing Director or Chairman.
  • List of Director’s with name, father’s name, mother’s name, spouse’s name, date of birth & signature (upto-date) in letterhead pad of the company duly signed by the Chairman or Managing Director
  • Valid Trade License
  • Copy of valid Passport (1 to 7 page) or Copy of National ID Card (front and back) Self Attested
  • TIN certificate
  • Certified copy of commencement of Business duly authenticated by the Chairman or Managing Director(in case of public limited company)

Partnership Firms (Notarized copy required):

  • Two copies of Passport size photograph of the applicant(s) representing the company
  • Valid Trade License
  • Resolution signed by the partners to operate digital certificate
  • Notarized copy of partnership deed duly signed by all partners
  • Copy of valid Passport (1 to 7 page) or Copy of National ID Card (front and back self attested)
  • TIN Certificate

Proprietorship Firms (Notarized copy required):

  • 2 copies of Passport size photograph of the proprietor.
  • Valid Trade License
  • Proprietorship declaration in letterhead pad.
  • Copy of valid Passport (1 to 7 page) or Copy of National ID Card (front and back) of Authoritative Signatory

For Trusts (Notarized copy required):

  • Two copies of passport size photograph of the Authoritative Signatory
  • Up to date list of members of the Trustee Board
  • Certified copy of Deed of Trust
  • Certified copy of the Resolution of the Trustee Board for opening & operation of digital signature.
  • Copy of valid Passport (1 to 7 page) or Copy of National ID Card (front and back) of Authoritative Signatory

  • Deliver supporting documents as describer on Class2 and Class-3 Enterprise Certificate based on Business Category (Proprietary/Private & PublicLimited/Partnership/Trust)
  • Domain SSL Proof of Domain Ownership document for .bd domain. For international gTLD, the verification will be confirmed through domain Administrative Email address.
  • IP SSL Proof of documents from ISP of the applied IP. CA may verify the ownership of IP-Pool from APNIC database.

How to obtain Certificate on Organization name:

In case of a Private or Public Limited Company
• Resolution of the Board of Directors for opening & operation of digital certificate, duly attested by the Managing Director or Chairman of the nominated certificate user.
For Partnership Company
• Resolution signed by the partners to operate digital certificate of the nominated certificate user.
For Proprietorship Firm
• Proprietorship declaration in letterhead pad to use Digital Signature For Registered Trusts and NGOs
